In developing a corporate partnership we aim not only to raise
funds, but to provide reciprocal benefits for our corporate partner
(and where suitable, their employees) through continued involvement
suited to the philanthropic goals of each individual organisation.
Corporate partnerships and cause related
marketing are becoming more common and increasingly important
in the work of charity organisations. Similarly, companies are increasingly
recognising the contribution that a partnership with a charity can
make for their employees and their business as a whole.
Options for Corporate Partnerships
Corporate Events and Event Sponsorship
Events such as comedy nights, race days and charity golf events
are excellent ways to network and support a cause. Autism Spectrum
Australia (Aspect) hosts a number of events each year and welcomes
your company's involvement.
Alternatively, you may choose to make Aspect
the beneficiary of your company's next event.
Payroll Giving
Payroll giving is a tax-effective way for employees to donate
to a charity. Aspect can arrange for a representative to visit
your workplace for an information seminar or to discuss the advantages
of donating to our services. Visit our Giving
Programs page for more information.
Employee Involvement and Development
Becoming a corporate partner with Aspect can
provide opportunities for your employees to be active within their
community, developing their teamwork and leadership skills.
Fundraising events run by staff in your location
are a great way of encouraging the development of leadership skills
within your workforce. The team building opportunities provided
by such initiatives, as well as the positive effects on self-esteem
are increasingly being acknowledged as a convenient and positive
event within many organisations.
Gifts in Kind
Gifts in kind are a great way to support Aspect services.
Products, expert labour or assistance are valued and cost-effective
options for corporate involvement.
Cause Related Marketing
Cause related marketing is becoming increasingly common within
Australia. Customers are more likely to purchase a product or service
associated with a charity. Consumers can be encouraged to try new
brands or companies and to continue this new brand/company relationship
due to the positive opinion of the brand/company established by
their charitable involvement.
Sales Related Donations
Donations made as a percentage of sales for specific products
and services or overall sales are a great way to make a donation
and increase sales.
